WL-5460AP 7-mode New Firmware (e8)

Notice

• This firmware can be upgraded on WL-5460AP.  However, please do not use it on WL-5450AP or non-AirLive products.  Upgrading the firmware using serial cable will cause permanent damage.
• After firmware update, if you have problem with the Web Configuration. Please try to remove the Google and Yahoo! tool bar.  If you can't get into the "Advance" settings.  Please clean your Internet Explorer cache or change the AP's IP address.
• After firmware upgrade, the settings are restored to factory's default values.  Documentations are included with the download file.
• The default DHCP server is now off for AP, client, and Repeater mode.  The DHCP server is on by default in WISP mode.
• If you have heating problem with WL-5460AP or WL-5450AP, please update the bootloader to 1.4 by clicking the following link.
• Damage caused by the use of third party firmware that is not approved by OvisLink Corp. will void your warranty
• If the WL-5460AP users want to upgrade firmware from WL-5460AP-v2-eX(X stands for any number) firmware to third party firmwares.   The user need to downgrade their firmware to WL-5460AP-3.2.1.3.9eu firmware first 
  before upgrading to third party firmware. Otherwise, it might cause crash.
