I forget my login password of VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS , how to reset my VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS?

1. Unplug the power of VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS
2. Hold the reset button by paper clip while plugging the power. Release the reset button after 10 seconds.
3. Connect LAN port of VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS to your PC. Please make sure that IP address of PC has the same subnet with IP of VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS (192.168.1.xxx).
4. Type default IP (192.168.1.1) of VoIP-220RS/211RS/210RS in address box of browser, and then execute “enter”.
5. When login page pop up, please type “root” as password.
I connect my VoIP 220RS/211RS/210RS under my router and using it like a gateway, but it doesn't work. Why?

If you want to connect your VoIP router under another router. In the WAN setting, please make sure to put the top router's IP address in the DNS and Gateway field. Do not use real DNS address in the DNS field.
